Another master class was held at the Higher School of Taxation under the Tax Committee with the aim of further improving the quality of education, developing teachers’ pedagogical skills, and organizing the educational process based on modern and interactive approaches

During the session dedicated to the topic “The Role of Gamification in the Educational Process,” participants were introduced to effective methods of incorporating game-based elements into education, increasing learners’ engagement, and developing practical skills.
The master class was conducted by Rano Turaxujaeva, PhD, Associate Professor, service psychologist, trainer, and expert in human capital development.
During the session, participants actively engaged in interactive tasks, practical scenarios, and game-based activities using a points system based on the “QAROR Matrix” (Situational Judgment Test) methodology.
