A meeting on the topic “The Path to a Scholarship” was held at the Higher School of Taxation under the Tax Committee for talented students who are interested in science and committed to self-development.
The main guest of the meeting was A. Abdurahimov, recipient of the Islam Karimov State Scholarship, winner of the “Student of the Year” competition, and author of numerous scientific articles and research monographs.
During the meeting, students received practical recommendations on how to obtain state scholarships, begin their scientific careers, prepare research articles and publish them in reputable academic journals, as well as effectively organize their research activities.
In addition, with the aim of supporting students’ scientific and intellectual potential, O. Berkinov, Head of the Department, provided a detailed explanation of the content and key provisions of the “Regulation on the Procedure for Organizing Subject Olympiads among Higher Education Institutions and Supporting Talented Students,” approved by Resolution No. 449 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 18, 2026.
The meeting provided students with important guidance and practical recommendations to take their research to a new level, make effective use of available opportunities, and achieve outstanding results.
