The School operates on the basis of Presidential Decree PF-95 of 19 May 2026 and Resolution PQ-227 of 16 June 2026, and is dedicated to developing education, science and practice within a single system.
The Tax Higher School holds the status of a separate legal entity under the Tax Committee. It is the country’s base scientific and methodological centre for the training, retraining and professional development of tax authority personnel, and for fundamental and applied research in taxation.
