An open class was held in the subject “Introduction to Taxation.”

An open class on the topic “Economic and Legal Interpretation of Taxes” was conducted by Khusan Zaripov, Associate Professor of the Department of Specialized Disciplines at the Higher School of Taxation, for students of groups ST-26-01, ST-26-02, and ST-26-03 as part of the “Introduction to Taxation” course.

During the open class, important issues related to the economic essence of taxes, their role in the country’s economy, as well as the legal foundations of the tax system were covered in detail.

Modern interactive teaching methods, question-and-answer sessions, and case-based tasks were effectively used throughout the class. Particular attention was paid to increasing students’ engagement, developing their independent thinking on the topic, and enabling them to connect theoretical knowledge with practical situations.

In addition, effective feedback was established during the class, and the questions and opinions expressed by the students were thoroughly discussed. This contributed to making the class content-rich, interactive, and practically oriented.

The open class was observed by A. Bozorov, First Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of the Higher School of Taxation; Z. Ergashev, Head of the Education Quality Control Department; O. Ochilov, Head of the Department of Specialized Disciplines, as well as a number of faculty members.

Such open classes play an important role in further improving the pedagogical skills of faculty members, introducing advanced teaching methods into practice, and enhancing the quality of education provided to students.
