A Cooperation Agreement was signed between the Tax Higher School under the Tax Committee and the FSX LAB Academy of the Federal Tax Service of Russia

In order to ensure the implementation of Resolution No. PQ-227 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 16 June 2026, expand international cooperation, and further develop the system for training professionals with modern knowledge and competencies for the tax sector, a bilateral Cooperation Agreement was signed between the Tax Higher School under the Tax Committee and the FSX LAB Academy of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation.
The agreement, which defines the priority areas of cooperation between the parties, was signed by Yigitali Narziyev, Rector of the Tax Higher School, and Ivan Yefremov, Rector of the FSX LAB Academy.
The document is intended to bring cooperation between the two countries to a new level in the areas of professional training for the tax sector, professional development, implementation of educational technologies, and exchange of best practices.
During the meetings held as part of the visit, the parties discussed tax administration and human capital development, the introduction of modern educational programmes, the use of digital technologies, and the establishment of cooperation in research. The parties also familiarised themselves with the FSX LAB Academy’s activities in education and professional development, as well as its advanced training programmes.
Under the signed Agreement, cooperation is envisaged in the following areas:
improving the system for training tax professionals and enhancing their professional qualifications;
exchanging experience in the digitalisation of tax administration and the implementation of modern educational technologies;
organising joint educational programmes, seminars, webinars, conferences, and other academic and practical events;
establishing academic and professional exchanges between teaching staff and tax-sector specialists;
implementing joint research projects and integrating best practices into the educational process.
As part of the visit, the leadership of the FSX LAB Academy introduced the delegation of the Tax Higher School to the Academy’s facilities, providing an overview of its modern educational infrastructure, equipped classrooms, accommodation facilities for trainees, cafeteria, and other facilities supporting the educational process.
At the conclusion of the meetings, the parties expressed their readiness to consistently develop mutually beneficial cooperation, expand practical mechanisms for the exchange of experience, and implement joint projects aimed at training highly qualified professionals for the tax sector.
This cooperation represents an important step towards expanding the international relations of the Tax Higher School, introducing advanced international practices into the educational process, and training specialists with modern competencies for the tax sector.
