A ceremonial event was held at the Tax Higher School to mark the beginning of the 2026/2027 academic year

The ceremonial event was attended by the leadership of the Tax Higher School, professors and teaching staff, students, their parents, distinguished guests, and representatives of the public.
The event dedicated to welcoming the new academic year began with the National Anthem of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Speaking at the event, Yigitali Shodmonovich Narziyev, Adviser to the Chairman of the Tax Committee and Rector of the Tax Higher School, warmly congratulated the new students on officially becoming university students.
As emphasised, the establishment of the Tax Higher School represents an important step towards training highly qualified professionals equipped with modern knowledge and skills for the country’s tax system. Welcoming the Higher School’s first students was a particularly significant milestone in the history of this new educational institution.
In his congratulatory remarks, the Rector encouraged the young people to set ambitious goals, acquire solid knowledge, pursue continuous learning, and strive to become highly qualified professionals in their chosen fields. He also noted that the student years are not only a time for gaining knowledge, but also an important period of personal and professional development.
The event also featured distinctive examples of national art, including performances by dance groups and musical performances by talented vocalists, creating a festive atmosphere for all those in attendance.
