A MEETING WITH THE DELEGATION OF SHANGHAI BUSINESS SCHOOL OF THE PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF CHINA WAS HELD AT THE TAX HIGHER SCHOOL UNDER THE TAX COMMITTEE

The meeting was attended by the leadership of the Tax Higher School, headed by Rector Narziyev Yigitali Shodmonovich, and the delegation of Shanghai Business School.

During the discussions, the parties thoroughly considered promising areas of cooperation and reached agreements on establishing collaboration in a number of key areas directly related to the activities of the Tax Higher School.

Particular attention was paid to the following areas:

• strengthening and expanding international cooperation;

• facilitating academic mobility and the exchange of experience between faculty members and students;

• studying and sharing best practices in the development and implementation of educational programmes in taxation and tax-related disciplines;

• exchanging expertise and exploring advanced practices in artificial intelligence and modern digital technologies;

• exploring opportunities for the implementation of joint projects in education and research.

The meeting also provided an opportunity to exchange views on the international activities of Shanghai Business School, its academic programmes, and projects implemented in cooperation with international partner institutions.

Following the discussions, the Chinese delegation was given an opportunity to learn more about the Tax Higher School’s facilities and the conditions created for its students.

In particular, the guests visited the academic buildings of the Tax Higher School, student residence facilities, the Information Resource Centre, sports hall, and modern classrooms. During the visit, the delegation was introduced to the opportunities available to students for academic study, research, access to information resources, and meaningful extracurricular activities.

The visit marked an important step towards expanding the international relations of the Tax Higher School, strengthening practical cooperation with leading foreign higher education institutions, and introducing advanced international practices into the educational process.

The parties agreed to continue practical efforts aimed at further developing their cooperation, establishing faculty and student exchange programmes, and bringing educational and research collaboration to a new level.

The Tax Higher School is consistently expanding its international cooperation network, integrating international experience, modern knowledge, and innovative approaches in its mission to prepare highly qualified professionals for the tax sector.
