Goals and Objectives of the Department

• Ensuring the effective organization and continuous improvement of the educational and educational-methodological processes at the Higher School;

• Developing and coordinating curricula, course syllabi, class schedules, and assessment schedules, as well as monitoring their implementation;

• Consolidating and analyzing the teaching workload and individual work plans of academic staff, and monitoring their implementation;

• Coordinating organizational matters related to the educational process, preparing relevant orders, and consolidating the activities of departments;

• Monitoring the quality of classes, organizing open and demonstration lessons, and developing proposals to improve the quality of education;

• Assessing the availability of educational and methodological materials and literature for courses, improving methodological materials, and providing practical and methodological support to departments;

• Supporting the organization of students’ independent learning and professional internships;

• Introducing modern information and educational technologies, innovative teaching methods, practical case studies, and digital services into the educational process;

• Promoting advanced teaching practices and organizing seminars and training sessions aimed at enhancing the professional skills of academic staff;

• Conducting methodological research to improve the educational process and developing relevant recommendations;

• Coordinating the effective use of classrooms, material and technical resources, and information resources.
